i've been logging in in SmartLoad department for more than three months now.
funny how i haven't updated you about it.
anyway, answering e-load concerns has been a normal state for me..already.
but answering prepaid calls?
nah! it's now a prob of mine... just last week, we've been receiving some calls regarding prepaid already. i know it's just a few months since i left that skillset, yet i find it very hard to adjust now.
yes, we only get maybe 10-15 calls or less per day but duh! i still find it annoying, and sometimes ( i admit) scary... prepaid concerns are so generalized that you don't know what kind of questions your subs might ask. not like in e-load, you only talk about one topic: SMARTLOAD. whew!

achievements:
team's best csr for the month of September... ^^ (i even mandatorily bought pizza for the whole team, p400 din un ha! but it was worth it naman..)
perfect monitoring for August and September 100% both quality and accuracy... (sa October i already have a 94 sa quality... :( sayang)
dami pa kahit walang commendation, hehe... ^^

so far so good...
